Camp Waipu Cove is a friendly holiday park situated right on the shore of Waipu Cove beach.

The sport fishing in this part of the country is simply fantastic – you can even collect handfuls of fresh shellfish right here on the shores of Bream Bay. The kids will have a ball spending long days playing at the beach while you relax.

Camp Waipu Cove offers modern Kitchen Cabins which sleep up to 5 (complete with outdoor BBQs) and two spacious self contained cabins (sleeps 5) complete with free to air tv and DVD – a great choice for couples and small families who would rather not have to unpack camping equipment! Camp Waipu Cove also offers both powered and non-powered campsites so you can bring your motorhome, tent or caravan for a real kiwi beach holiday. There are two children’s playgrounds and large, clean amenity blocks which house the camp kitchens, bathrooms and laundries.

Being just a 1.5 hour drive from Auckland Airport also makes us an ideal ‘first stop’ on your campervan tour of New Zealand!

Please note: Bookings for Xmas / New Year / summer holidays are not taken until 1st May of each year, by phone only on that day, 09 4320 410. Office hours 7am - 9pm.

Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation fee of $20 applies to all cancelled bookings. Bookings cancelled 31 days or more before arrival date, will be refunded less the $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, but no later than 24 hours prior will receive a refund (less cancellation fee) provided the site/unit can be re-let for entire duration of your booking. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to arrival will not be refunded. No refunds given for early departures.
